These Terms explain the conditions for using Mafia Night (the “App”), provided by Kohana (the “Operator”). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
The App supports a social Mafia game for groups. You can play by passing around one phone or by creating an online room for other participants to join. Online rooms support 5 to 12 players.
The App does not require a separate account. In online mode, a built-in profile identifier, anonymous session token, and game-progress information are used to operate the game. User-authored nicknames and photos cannot be uploaded. See the Privacy Policy for details.
You must not use the App in a way that violates law or infringes another person’s rights. This includes harassing other participants or disrupting games.
The included name and character profile you select are displayed to participants in the same online room. A room expires after 30 minutes of inactivity and its data is automatically deleted. Connections can be interrupted and games can end because of network conditions or participant devices.
The App may show advertising when a game ends. The products offered in the Remove ads screen are lifetime, one-time purchases and are not subscriptions. Personal Ad Removal removes ads shown to the purchaser. Host Ad-Free Pass removes ads for everyone in a new online room created by the purchaser until that room ends.
Payments and refunds are handled under the terms and processes of the device's app marketplace. Purchase rights belong to the current store account used to buy them and can be restored on the same platform. Purchases cannot be restored or shared across different platforms.
We may change or discontinue all or part of the App for stability, security, legal compliance, or feature improvements. When practical, we will announce material changes through App release notes or this page.
To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not responsible for loss caused by network failures, device issues, third-party service interruptions, or the actions of you or other participants. This section does not limit rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
